Quality seemed ok I just ordered white and black so nothing fancy.Īny update on this? I messaged Slik and never got a response. If you have a link to the one you bought that would be awesome! How was the quality? I saw that there was some on Etsy from a guy in Turkey, but had mixed reviews. I agree that it sucks but it's their brand and image that they created so you can't be too pissed if they want to control it.Īlso I ordered some stickers for my 38 from etsy it took 2 months for the stickers to arrive but they did show up. I believe the whole point was that they were going to start licensing but maybe they were asking too much so it's not worth it for the guys producing the stickers. If Fox is so adamant about protecting their trademarks, then where is SRAM/Rock Shox in all of this? They have happily allowed the aftermarket to pump out kits for years. so what was the point? now i'm left with a fork that i love from a company i loathe.

What gives, it seems like they have completely cut off our aftermarket options and offered none themselves. Not only that, but Fox themselves have nothing on their website other than some fairly generic "Kits" that aren't even fork specific. All the companies i would have gone to like Slik or Richard Scott Designs have pulled all Fox products from their websites. I've been trying to hunt down some custom stickers for my Fox 38 and have come up pretty empty handed, the only people are on Ebay or Etsy and the reviews are moderate at best. I know this is an old thread, but it seems that Fox has pushed out nearly every aftermarket company that was offering Fox Decals. Agree or not, you cant use someone's trademarked logo for profit and then play victim when they tell you to knock it off. This is business/PR speak for "we realized we pissed off a lot of people and now we are going to back pedal to save face" We will continue to update you as things progress.

The team at Fox were incredibly sympathetic and expressed that their plan all along has been to partner with select aftermarket decal manufacturers and that Slik was always at the top of their list, however, an internal miscommunication on their part led to the unfortunate situation that occurred. We are happy to update you that the bike division at Fox Factory reached out directly to organise a call we were able to connect for a positive and productive discussion on Tuesday, July 28th.
